NetSuite Consultant (Remote, US-Based)

About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing managed services provider that is continuing to expand its NetSuite consulting practice. This team supports a range of mid-market and enterprise clients, delivering ongoing NetSuite administration, enhancements, and advisory services in a more flexible and hands-on model than traditional consulting firms.

This is a client-facing consulting role where you’ll work across multiple NetSuite environments, helping businesses get more value from their ERP through practical, day-to-day support as well as longer-term improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure and administer NetSuite environments, including workflows, saved searches, forms, roles, and light customizations
• Support core financial processes such as reporting, planning, and month-end activities
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions (Power BI experience is a plus)
• Work across multiple client accounts, supporting both ongoing system needs and project-based enhancements
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on NetSuite experience in an admin or consulting capacity
• Strong understanding of NetSuite financials and reporting
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment across multiple accounts
• Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, or post-go-live environments
• Prior experience within a consulting firm or managed services environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
